For more than 20 years, Kelly has overseen the development and refinement of the internal systems that power Riley Smith Group. From marketing and transactions to team operations and client experience, she has worked to build a cohesive operational framework that allows the organization to function efficiently while delivering exceptional service throughout Miami.
Known for her strategic mindset and thoughtful leadership, Kelly focuses on aligning people, resources, and processes to ensure the team continues to operate at a high level as it grows.
