As Marketing Assistant, she supports the execution and coordination of the team’s marketing initiatives, helping ensure that campaigns, listing launches, and brand communications are delivered with precision across the Miami real estate market.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the broader marketing team, Mia helps manage the operational side of marketing: coordinating timelines, organizing assets, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. She supports the rollout of listing marketing, email campaigns, and brand initiatives, helping bring each project from planning to execution while maintaining the quality and consistency the Riley Smith Group brand is known for in Miami.

Mia also assists with the creation and organization of marketing materials across digital, print, and email platforms, helping keep campaigns aligned with team goals and brand standards. Known for her organization and attention to detail, she plays an important role in ensuring that marketing systems stay structured, efficient, and responsive to the fast pace of Miami real estate.
