Brian Sehmann

Brian Sehmann is a Real Estate Advisor with Compass as a member of the Riley Smith Group and Founder of the Miami Relocation Team.  Having relocated to the Miami area himself and understanding the pitfalls of doing so, Brian saw an area he thought could use improvement.  After establishing himself in real estate by helping countless families move, Brian put his plans in motion and started his Relocation Team.  Together, they cover South Florida, including the Florida Keys and are fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French.  Whether you live here already or are moving here from another state or even country, Brian and his Team are here to help reduce the stress of moving.  Raised in the Midwest, the son of a police officer and a stay-at-home mom, he grew up watching and playing sports.  Brian is a Navy Veteran, having proudly served aboard the USS Enterprise aircraft carrier, where he actually pushed the fire button to launch the aircrafts.  He also has an extensive background in manufacturing where he was a Quality Manager.  Brian is married to his best friend Lisa and has 4 amazing kids.  His competitive nature, dedication to service, and attention to detail, have prepared him to assist you, achieve your real estate goals.
