Cristina Bermudez

Cristina was born and raised in Coral Gables and moved to New York after graduating from the University of Miami in 2010 to work in the communications industry. Having grown up in the real estate industry and watching her parents buy and remodel numerous properties led Cristina to pursue her career in real estate in the city. Upon returning to Miami in 2020, she turned her passion for clients, homes, architecture and interior design and began her career in Miami.

Cristina prides herself on her professionalism, personable nature, and work ethic – constantly learning her clients’ needs to make sure their next home, whether sale or rental, is the ideal fit for them and their lifestyles. Treating her clients as she would want to be treated and advising them along the way as they navigate the real estate landscape, Cristina is diligent in their search while offering in-depth market insight and quality experience along the way.

With a communications background, Cristina worked with prominent national and international corporations and brands in New York and South Florida. Most notably, Cristina represented residential and commercial real estate developers, brokerage firms, capital management firms, financial institutions, and law firms. She also worked for Seventeen magazine, Vogue, Women's Wear Daily, and O, The Oprah Magazine.

Cristina earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami with a concentration in Theatre Management, Public Relations, and Journalism. Active in the community, she is a member of the Junior League of Miami, Give Back for Special Equestrians, UJA-Federation of New York, and the ASPCA.

Outside of her passion for real estate, you can find Cristina trying new restaurants, writing, at the theater, sailing, practicing yoga or volunteering.
