WHAT’S TO LOVE ABOUT FOUR WAY LODGE ESTATES | COCONUT GROVE
Four Way Lodge Estates is located on the eastern side of Poinciana Avenue off of Main Highway. Although it offers a 24-hour guard at the entrance, this community is open to the public. There are a handful of waterfront homes in the community (both canal-front and direct bay-front). One of the benefits of living in Four Way Lodge Estates is that it is extremely close to the downtown village of Coconut Grove as well as Ransom Everglades High School and Carrollton School Of The Sacred Heart.
.
The community is named after the home of Harriet & Arthur James who wintered in Coconut Grove during the early 1900′s. Harriet James was known for founding the local Red Cross and the construction of Plymouth Congregational Church in Coconut Grove. Her husband was a businessman and one of the richest men in American at the time. Today, Four Way Lodge Estates is composed of 42 single-family residences.
