WHAT’S TO LOVE ABOUT HUGHES COVE

Hughes Cove is one of the most exclusive and private gated communities in Coconut Grove. Located at the end of Devon Road, just off of Main Highway, it is home to the who’s who of Miami including auto tycoon Ronald Essermann as well as many other high profile residents. Recently Hughes Cove made headlines when Jorge Perez, CEO of Related Group sold his home for $33,000,000. He donated the proceeds of the sale to The Miami Foundation, making it one of the largest philanthropic gifts in the city’s history. The community is made up of 12 single-family homes, a private park, tennis court, and small boat basin with dock space. A handful of the homes have sweeping views of Biscayne Bay.
