Born and raised in Miami Beach, James has extensive real estate knowledge particularly in his home neighborhood of Miami Beach, as well as all areas of Miami, Coral Gables, Midtown, Brickell & surrounding areas. He also speaks both English and Spanish. James attained a Bachelor's degree in the fields of Marketing & Real Estate, graduating from Florida State University with a GPA of 3.7. He has since grown his own successful Real Estate Media & Production company for the last 4 to 5 years, which gives himself and his prospective clients an effective unique advantage- utilizing all the most advanced/effective forms of media for properties- created by himself/his own company.
James is personally equipped as an expert in creating/producing top-tier content for luxury real estate properties, and has experience in working with over 500+ real estate-related projects in his home city of Miami, FL. James is known by his colleagues/clients to be a very creative, sharp, kind and a hardworking person, with a competitive mindset in the marketplace. Growing up, his father was a real estate broker and investor, and has taught him the ins/outs of real estate processes and investment strategies throughout his early ages.
