As the Director of Sales for Riley Smith Group, Mike is responsible for helping shape the success of the team. He achieves this by recruiting and growing the team with like minded professionals who want to be a part of a fast paced, goal-oriented organization. He supports the RSG agent base with strategic business plans, accountability practices, and evolving resources to ensure the agents grow their businesses.
Mike helps the agents build the overall team with a keen eye on operations, systems, and processes alongside RSG Leadership. His past life experience as a practicing real estate agent in bustling South Florida as well as his chops playing Professional Baseball under the Detroit Tigers Organization allow Mike to understand how teamwork, communication, and hard work are the true formula for success.
