As the Director of Culture, Rosie is on the pulse of all internal and external Riley Smith Group initiatives. With over 20 years of real estate experience, she spearheads the planning and implementation of educational trainings for our team of over 30 Realtors. Her initiatives are designed to not only equip our real estate agents with the latest industry knowledge but also to foster professional growth and excellence. At the heart of our team culture, Rosie coordinates a variety of events, including happy hours, team outings, and networking events. These gatherings are vital for building camaraderie and reinforcing our team’s values and goals. With a knack for clarity and efficiency, Rosie serves as the key liaison for disseminating important company information. Her role ensures that all RSG team members are informed and aligned with our company's vision and updates. With a keen eye on both agent and client needs, Rosie continuously monitors and addresses requirements across the board.
