Built in 1975, Yacht Harbour continues to be one of most desirable condos in Coconut Grove. Located at 2901 South Bayshore Drive, the balconies are the biggest in town, and the units tend to be larger compared to other condos in Coconut Grove. Yacht Harbor is known for it’s excellent service; the staff has been working here for many years and is extremely helpful and attentive to the residents. The interior of the lobby is nautical in style with dark wood and brass throughout.

Located off of Main Highway in South Coconut Grove, The Anchorage is situated on Biscayne Bay which allows for spectacular views for several of the waterfront homes. It is also just steps from the main village of Coconut Grove where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes, and a movie theater.

Yacht Harbour was designed by award winning architect Kenneth Treister. The building is a unique hexagon shape with four triangular floor to ceiling windows in the front and back of the condo. Kenneth Treister is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and graduated from the University of Florida. He is known for his design of the Holocaust Memorial on Miami Beach. His other local works include Mayfair Hotel and Spa and Elizabeth Virrick Park in Coconut Grove.
